By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Samarohh is a comprehensive event management platform designed for the Indian subcontinent, offering tools for organizing weddings, corporate events, and other celebrations. Our services include guest management, RSVP tracking, invitation systems, and analytics.

Our platform provides the following key features:

Event Creation: Create and manage multiple events with detailed information including dates, venues, and descriptions
Guest Management: Add, organize, and manage guest lists with detailed profiles and preferences
Invitation System: Send beautiful digital invitations via email and WhatsApp with RSVP tracking
RSVP Management: Track guest responses, manage plus ones, and monitor attendance
Analytics & Reporting: Get insights into event performance and guest engagement
Multi-User Collaboration: Work with team members and share event management responsibilities
Integration Services: Connect with WhatsApp, email providers, and other third-party services

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

4.3 Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
Late payments may result in service suspension
We accept payments via Razorpay and other secure payment methods

4.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of approval. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Send spam or unsolicited communications

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days, except as required by law.

8. Third-Party Services

Samarohh integrates with various third-party services including WhatsApp, email providers, and payment processors. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Your interactions with these services are solely between you and the third party.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Samarohh and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our service without explicit written permission.

10. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect service availability.

We will provide advance notice for scheduled maintenance when possible.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Samarohh and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

13. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Samarohh, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Samarohh and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

Your use and access of the Service
Your violation of any term of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Samarohh regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the Service.
